At Rochdale Bed Zone, we want you to love your new bed and furniture. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please take a moment to read our returns and refunds policy below.

14-Night Return Guarantee

Changed your mind? No problem.

You can return your item within 14 days of delivery. Simply contact us before the 14-day period ends, and we’ll guide you through the return process.

An £80 collection fee applies to all returns under our 14-night return guarantee.

Please note that custom-made and made-to-order items are excluded from this policy.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Products made to your specific requirements, including non-standard sizes and bespoke orders, cannot be returned or refunded.

As these items are manufactured especially for you, the 14-night return guarantee does not apply.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be in good condition.

If an item is returned with damage, stains, torn fabric, signs of misuse, or structural issues, we may reduce the refund amount to cover repair or replacement costs.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We carefully inspect all products before dispatch, but if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

Contact us with clear photos of the issue, and we’ll work quickly to find a solution.

Unfortunately, claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange.

Cancelling Your Order

You can cancel your order free of charge up to 2 working days before your scheduled delivery date, provided we are notified before 1:00 PM.

For example:

• Delivery on Thursday – cancel by Tuesday at 1:00 PM.
• Delivery on Monday – cancel by Thursday at 1:00 PM.

If you cancel after this deadline, an £80 cancellation fee will apply and any delivery charges paid will not be refunded.

Changed Your Mind?

We understand that sometimes preferences change.

If you’d like to return or exchange an item after delivery, an £80 collection fee will apply.

If you’re exchanging for a different size, colour, or style, the same fee covers collection of the original item and delivery of the replacement.

Please Check Access Before Ordering

Before placing your order, please ensure your furniture will fit through doorways, hallways, staircases, and into your chosen room.

If we are unable to complete the delivery because the item doesn’t fit, additional charges may apply.

If you decide to cancel the order at that stage, an £80 fee will be deducted and delivery charges will not be refunded.

Delivery Access Information

To help us deliver smoothly, please let us know about any access restrictions before delivery, such as:

• Limited parking
• Narrow entrances
• Apartment or building restrictions
• Any other access issues

If we are unable to complete the delivery due to undisclosed restrictions, redelivery charges may apply.

Our team can carry furniture up to two flights of stairs and can use lifts where suitable.

Professional Assembly Service

If you’ve selected assembly, our team will deliver your furniture to the room of your choice and assemble it for you.

We recommend keeping all packaging materials in case you need to return the item later.

If a return is required, the furniture must be dismantled and securely repackaged before collection. Photos of the packaged item may be required before we arrange collection.

Additional charges may apply if the item is not ready when our collection team arrives.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.

Please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to appear in your account after the refund has been processed.
